Who We Are

Dave Rachar, owner and the ‘craftsman’ himself, has over 15 years experience working in the construction industry. He spent several years in landscape construction in Toronto focusing mainly on backyard structures. Through this work, he developed an incredible skill set and eye for detail. Most of his time in landscape construction was spent working on what could be called “special features” throughout all kinds of properties. Dave quickly realized this was his niche, and after moving to Cambridge, Ontario and starting a family of his own, he decided to take these unique skills and bring them to life in a company of his own. And so, Craft Living was born. Specializing in garden suites and laneway houses, accessory structures and interior renovations, Dave can give you that inspiring space you are looking for in or outside of your home.
